With a broad and deep partner network, our customized programs target national and regional retailers and their related outlets, manufacturers and the merchants and dealers (including franchisees) that sell their products, buying groups or industry associations and their participating member merchants and dealers, and independent, unrelated merchants and dealers who participate in Synchrony branded network programs. The average length of our top ten partners is 12 years.

The Payment Solutions platform operates, with General Managers, Relationship Managers, and Client Services Managers leading everyday Client Development and Relationship Management. The overall PaySol Partner Management operating structure includes everyday support from cross-functional teams including:

A couple recent highlights include:

  • The launch of Synchrony HOMETM Credit Card. From furniture and décor to flooring and appliances, the all-in-one card is designed for people who seek simplicity and value for their home purchases. The Synchrony HOME Credit Card gives consumers financing options for all their home needs at more than a million large, medium, and small retail locations nationwide. The Synchrony HOME brand, converted and reissued nearly ~ 5MM accounts added adjacencies and increased direct to consumer focus. This card is accepted at over a million locations nationwide.
  • Announced in March, Synchrony Car Care has increased its acceptance network of merchants more than tenfold to include more auto-related categories and locations. Cardholders have the ability to use this all-in-one solution at more than 730,000 locations across 25 categories including gas, auto parts and service, car washes, parking, ride sharing and more.
