A bit about me

I was born in Tucson, AZ but spent 11 years of my childhood living in Mexico before my parents relocated our family to the states. Family is everything to me! While attending school, I participated in school band, cross-country, soccer, football and tennis. During my middle school band experience, my band teacher and I discovered my hunger to lead. Second to my family is my team/work family followed by staying updated on my Philadelphia Eagles. Fly Eagles fly!

Interests: Spending quality time with my wife and daughter as well as cooking for them whenever possible. I’m very passionate about supporting the HN+ and cultivating our networks talent. I also enjoy anything that involves sports, the outdoors and a good adrenaline rush.

I have three, sorry! 1- Gaining leadership experience through leading projects via the HN+ with colleagues that don’t report to me. 2- Leading a team through difficult times/transition (TRU Bankruptcy and Synchrony exit). 3- The third and perhaps the most important is establishing and driving effective relationships with mentors and mentees.
What’s unique about my role is we get to lead, influence the client, work cross functionally, grow our business and people along with contributing at a platform level on special projects.
