Partners in this platform include Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, Amazon, PayPal, Gap, JCPenney, Marvel, and more, that are supported by cross-functional teams sitting across our Synchrony sites, co-located in the partners’ offices, or in remote locations.
Our Sales team within Retail Card is the face of Synchrony in the eyes of our partners. We’re trusted advisors and bring along technologies that drive growth and opportunities across the board for Synchrony and our partners.
We focus on relationships. We work closely with our partners to become trusted advisors as we help them build their businesses.
Our investments in technology across multiple touch points—in-store, online and mobile—allow us to engage consumers when and where they want. Our programs and tools strengthen the relationship between our business partners and their customers, driving growth and opportunity across the board.
